Cineoperante is an international filmmaking collective bringing together Colombian, Korean, Taiwanese, German, Portuguese and English-speaking perspectives. Every two to three weeks, we meet around three variables and make films no longer than one minute.

The format is a recurring exercise in how we operate cinematically — testing constraints, questioning form, and developing a shared language through filmic gestures.
